This photo of us looking all spiffy was taken after our early morning Bienestar interview today. Before we left, Vilma (one of the maids at El Refugio) told us we had nothing to worry about because we were dressed tan elegantes. She said they would just look at us and not even ask us any questions! That's not quite what happened, but the interview did go quickly. We were basically asked three questions: What do you do for a living? Are you happy with the baby? Are your families happy with an adopted child?
The answers were simple, with the last two being a definite Si! We know our families are happy with Sophia. Ryan's family even sent us a special Thanksgiving photo where his nieces and nephew were holding signs that read: We Love Sophia! We showed it to Sophia and she was very pleased. She can't wait to meet both sides of the family!
